appointed to the US National Academies of Science: Gulf Research Program Risk Committee. Kathy holds a degree in Chemistry and professional certifications in the US, UK and Europe. She is the founder and CEO of Global Solutions, Inc.

Today our very special guest, is Dylan Short.
He is a Managing Director and Consultant with the Redlands Group, based in Oakville, Ontario, and is an international keynote speaker.
He a volunteer with the ISO 45001 Standards Committee, he is the current Chair of a Technical Committee with the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), he’s an active member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE), the past CSSE Director of Education Services, and was awarded the CSSE’s highest award in 2016, as the “Safety Professional of the Year”.
He is originally from Marystown, Newfoundland & Labrador, Dylan is married to Susan with one daughter, and they reside in Mississauga, Ontario.
He is a successful and accomplished safety professional, holding the designations of CHSC and CRM.
